Who is a leader? Chief, Head, Principals, Boss, Manager, Commander, Captain, and President are just few of the titles that can be used to describe a leader. Recent leadership theories have expanded beyond the sphere of behaviour to emphasise the significance of having a vision for the future and bringing followers along with it.
This October's (Issue 5) collection of conceptual articles on leadership and focused on education management. You can obtain as many of the essence of leadership topics, approaches, and theories as possible, such as transformational leadership (Article written by Sun Li Hua), which is frequently confused with charismatic leadership, in which followers perceive the leader to have extraordinary powers and abilities. Authentic leadership, spiritual leadership, servant leadership, adaptive leadership, and responsible leadership are further contemporary leadership concepts. Clearly, there are a variety of approaches to the role of leadership inside an organisation.
You can also find a wealth of information on the different variables and determinants of leadership success, such as self-efficacy, decision-making abilities, HR strategy, emotional intelligence, and many others. Let's check it out, and I hope you love what you read.
